Shipping Policy

Orders are processed the same, or the next working day

Shipping costs are defined at checkout

Items will be shipped 2-3 business days following order. In most cases, we aim to ship next working day.

Transit time will be dependent on your destination. Please ask for more information.

Delays due to time spent in customs are out of our control and we cannot engage with your customs department. 

Delays due to couriers - please contact us so that we can assist in the swift delivery of your goods.

Returns Accepted within 30 days. Item must be in a new, unused and  and undamaged condition.

Buyer pays return postage. Upon return, item value will be credited, less the original postage cost. Only exception would be a material defect.

Please report all losses or damage in transit as soon as possible, so that we can resolve any issues for you.
